RTS and Cleaner Crew
Smyle Logistics is looking to add a new member to our team! This person will be accountable for managing our fleet's returned cargo vans and reporting the ongoing maintenance status for each vehicle at the end of the day to insure up to date and adequate equipment usage for our dedicated delivery drivers.
The ideal candidate will have ability to work in a fast past environment, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance – Tasks include inspections, vehicle walk-throughs, collecting delivery materials, reporting damage, photo assessment of vehicle
- Conduct diagnostic procedures – Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of new problems and provide accurate records to the team and fleet manager
- Manage paperwork – Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the drivers and our records. Maintain accurate checklist for each driver, vehicle and delivery materials
- Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Requirements:
● High School Diploma or GED
● Adequate reporting skills
● Willingness to participate in in-house training
● Ability to operate desk-top computer, tablets and mobile phones
● Excellent listening and communication skills
